Praṇāma mantra for Śrī Rūpa-Raghunātha

Praṇāma mantra for Śrī Rūpa-Raghunātha
rūpeti nāma vada bho rasane! sadā tvaṁ
rūpaṁ ca saṁsmara manaḥ karuṇā-svarūpam
rūpaṁ namaskaru śiraḥ sadayāvalokaṁ
tasyā-dvitīya-sutanuṁ raghunātha-dāsam

O tongue, always chant the name Rūpa. O mind, remember Śrī Rūpa, the embodiment of compassion. O head, bow to Śrī Rūpa, whose glance distributes mercy. In the same way, chant, remember, and bow to Śrī Rūpa’s non-different form, Śrī Raghunātha dāsa.

From Sādhana-dīpikā, quoted in Bhakti-ratnākara (6.290)

The other day, I published a detailed study guide for Śrīla Raghunātha dāsa Gosvāmī’s Śrī Govardhana-vāsa-prārthanā-daśakam on Vine of Devotion. The guide includes translations of each line, word-for-word meanings, titles to help with memorization of the sequence, recordings of each line for practice, and an explanation video.
